A-Z Quality Heath Foundation is a Non Governmental Organization based in Akosombo, Eastern Region in Ghana West Africa. It was founded in the year 2010 but fully registered under the Company’s Code 1963 [Act-179] and that the Liability of its members is Limited by Guarantee Certificate issued on 28/11/11.

A-Z Quality Health [AIMS] Foundation is focused on different types of health care delivery especially prevention of Maternal and Child Mortality, to improve the life of the less privileged in the society. To improve the health of people living in both urban and rural areas to maintain and prevent diseases in the communities.
